Leland Park offers 95 upscale rental units located in the community of Altadore, directly bordering Garrison. This location inspires a design that facilitates connection. Garrison is an award-winning Calgary community, with a distinctly European aesthetic. It includes a walkable path system fronted by Georgian architecture that is set close to the street. By contrast, Altadore is a diverse community with architectural styles ranging from traditional to contemporary.
With this context in mind, Leland Park offers a contemporary twist on a traditional form. Classic architectural detailing is reimagined with clean lines, combining thoughtfully ornate detailing and modern minimalism. The result is a development that reflects a progressive and yet refined warmth of home and community.
