Half of a city block is transformed by this contemporary mixed-use concept comprised of two separate buildings atop a common parkade. In close proximity to 16th Ave, the team proposes enhanced urban design by developing the back lane into a Melbourne-Style “Laneway” fronted by micro-retail and outdoor amenities. This Laneway provides activated connection from 16th to 17th Ave and between both buildings.
