This Parkdale Senior’s development balances the classic comforts of home with the vibrancy of inner-city living. Residents enjoy programming that support year-round community connection and variable paces of life. The architecture reimagines a mansard roof in a contemporary way. It is clad in building-integrated photovoltaic panels (BIPV) or black diamond metal shingles depending upon the solar orientation. Sage green and champagne metal accents highlight the rooftop patio with a view along the Bow River.
